I think that everyone should read Eragon By Chtistopher Paolini. This book is about a boy who found a stone , as what he thought. Soon he found out th at it was a dragon egg. It hatched. Eragon had to leave with his dragon while the kings guards attacked his village.Soon he found out that his village story teller was a dragon rider.He taught him magic...and that is were his journy begun.
I love the book Memories of Summer by Ruth White!!! The main character in the book is a girl named Lyric, and the story is tells how Summer, Lyric's sister, slowly becomes mentally ill.
I love the book Walk Across the Sea!!! The book takes place in the 1800s and the book is about how a girl named Eliza lives at Battery Point Lighthouse in California. Battery Point is a real place in California!!! The book is by Susan Fletcher.
I love the book " Kira Kira" it is a greeat book! it has so much detail and it is really interseting!! everyone should read the book!!!!!
I would recomend the Sisters Grimm
books. They're about these girls who's parents died (or so they think) and are sent to live with a bunch of people. Every time they get sent to a new house, they run away. finally they go to live with this old lady who claims to be their grandma. Turns out, they are the great-great-grandchildren of the famous Brothers Grimm. They become "fairy tale dectives" and get to meet all sorts of fairy tale chacters like Jack (and the beanstalk), Snow White (a teacher at the school), and the three little pigs (police officers) and the guy from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow (not the horseman, the other main character). And that's just a few!
If you've already read the first 3, you might be3 interested to know that the 4th is comming out on May 1st,2007.
I recommend The Chronicals Of Narnia, Star Wars, and A Series Of Unfortunate Events. If you have read them great when I read the first book twice of the Chronicals of Narnia I understanded it better. Star Wars my favorite thing after football. A Series of Unfortunate Events I have read the whole Series and I still can't figure out the mystery? Can any of you?
I think that everyone should read the Harry Potter series By JK Rowing. This series is about a boy named Harry Potter. He goes to a magic school named Hogwarts. His parents died from a evil wizerd named Voldemort. He tryed to kill Harry Potter but failed.And now he has to finish school and defet Voldemort so all magical and muggles can be free.
i recomend the book the lion the witch and the wardrobe it is great it has everthing you wouuld wont in a book and more such as a magical land, creative creatures, war,adveture and lots of excitement its packed of action and violence if you thought the movie was pretty good this book is going to blow your mind up side down
you gotta read read fairy rebel! it's cool it look likes wrong will trimphum over good, but in the end good wins.
I think that series are the best types of books. My favorite series are:Inheritance(Christopher Paolini), Artemis Fowl(Eoin Colfer), A Series of Unfortunate Events (Lemony Snicket), Lion Boy (Zizou Corder), Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S. Lewis), and The Chronicles of Chrestomanci(Diana Wynne Jones).These are all AWESOME series. A couple of my favorite individual books are East and The Cat Who Went to Heaven. My favorite books are a series called Warriors by Erin Hunter. I am on the 10th book out of 12. It is a series about a group of wild cats who live in the forest. They seperate into 4 clans:WindClan,ShadowClan, RiverClan, and ThunderClan.
Mrs. Jokinen's class thinks Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing is really hilarious. You should read this awesome, incredible, indescribable, sweet, book!!!!!!
Ithink every one should read Ida B because it is funny but sad at the same time.But it is mainly funny.

I think Eleven is a great book for girls its just like a eleven year old girls life i highly recommend this book for girls!

I think that the ARTEMIS FOWL books are cool! Their are fairies and Artemis has a butler who is a smart man. I think you should read this book.

Everyone should read ZACH'S LIE! It's so interesting and amazing.....how do people think of things like this.........?!...............I would say even adults should read it,it's so good!!!!

hey every1!!!! a really good book that u should read is A Mango-Shaped Space by Wendy Mass. it is a very good book about some sort of disese i have never even heard of!!! but, if u do read it, i must tell u that it does get kinda sad in the middle or near the end. and i totaly agree with joey z. eragon is the bomb!!! it is such a good, touching, and fightworthy book!!!! if u r lookin' 4 a book with action and adventure, thats the book 2 read!! and 1 other book u should read is Perfect. i'm not sure who the author is, but it is about a gurl who has eating disorders and finds out that the most popular gurl at skool has the same problem she does. they become really good friends. just 1 more book, then i'll shut up. poison, a.k.a, 1 of the best books ever, and that about sums it up!! o, by the way, it's by chris wooding. bye bye!!!
I love the Farsala Trilogy. They are called, Fall of a Kingdom, Rise of a Hero, and Forging the Sword. It's about a boy(Jiaan) who has to take control of an army because his father died. His half-sister (Soraya) who is trying to find her mom and other brother. And a man(Kavi)who is caught in the middle of the war. You shold read them!!
Does any one know if Each Little Bird That Sings is a good book people say read it to me alot but i want to know what it is about!!!

You should read the book Holes because its good book and the author tells lots of detail. Another book you should read is Stargirl. Its about this girl who goes to school and is way different from everyone else. Stargirl is a good book, too.
I think that the Geronimo Stilton books are the best! They are very exciting and have so many adventures! You never know what's going to happen. It is soooo fun to read. I also like the American Girl books, especially the ones about Molly and Samantha. I recomend Junie B. Jones for 2nd and 1st graders.
I recomend a book called Magyk by Angie Sage.(that is really how Magyk is spelled in this book!)You should read it!

My friend let me borrow her book called The Lighting Thief. It is awesome and I think everyone should read it. It is about a boy named Percy Jackson and bad things keep happening to him until a terrible tragedy occurs that changes his life.
I love the books London Calling and Coraline. They are both great books if you like adventure.
